Decide the first or next action to move toward your goal – and DO IT! Whether you feel like it or not … muster up the motivation and get it done!
Determine the habit(s) that you can develop that will bring your lifestyle more in line with your goals and move you closer on a daily basis – and DO THEM! Do them today, tomorrow and the next day … and the next … until they are part of who you are.
