It’s not hard to make decisions once you know what your values are.“It’s not hard to make decisions once you know what your values are.”

A very simple way to determine your values is by using the Values Worksheet available HERE.

Scan the list and tick the words that represent values that you have.  Pay particular attention to words that jump out at you before you even start to read through.

On a separate sheet of paper transfer the values that you have ticked, and reorganise them into priority order.

If you can – get the list to a maximum of 7.

Once you have your complete prioritised list, hold it infront of you, sit or stand straight and smile.  Take a deep breath and say out loud, “my most important values are …” and then read out your list.

Each time you are presented with a decision to be made, check against your values list for how the options compliment or compromise your values … in priority order.

If you need some one to one help to get a better understanding of your personal values, and how you can apply them in daily decision making – or much larger life change scenarios, contact Trudy on 01962 733479 / 07977 739358 or mail@TrudySpikesman.com
